If you are unable to access the Camera Roll, Photos, Videos or Microphone on your iPad, iPod or iPhone when using one of our apps, you denied our app access to your media. To change this follow these steps.
1. Select the Settings Icon on the iPad home screen
2. Select Privacy in the Settings Menu on the left.
3. Choose Photos in the list on the right.
4. Allow the app access to your photos.
This same process can be used to grant an app access to your camera, microphone, etc.
