There is a feature in Conover Online that will allow you to delegate a specific number of credits to an individual Administrator. This feature is useful if you do not want to give your Administrators access to the entire pool of credits. If you use this feature, you will have to manually re-delegate credits if the Administrator runs out.
How to Enable Credit Delegation
First, select the Administrator that you would like to delegate credits to.
The Administrator’s profile will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the window and find the Delegate credits button. From the drop-down menu, select Enable Credit Delegation. This will turn on the credit delegation options.
Select the Delegate credits button again. You will now see the option to Add credits and Disable credit delegation. Select Add credits.
In the window that appears, you can type in the amount of credits you would like to delegate to the user. When you have the number entered, select the Done button to save the credits. The Administrator will now have their very own pool of credits.
How to Disable Credit Delegation
First, select the Administrator that you would like to remove credits from or turn off credit delegation.
The Administrator’s profile will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the window and find the Delegate credits button. From the drop-down menu, you can either Add more credits, Withdraw credits or disable credit delegation. If you disable credit delegation, any left over credits will be automatically returned to the master pool of credits.
