If you make a mistake when creating an assignment, you can unassign any activity and get your credit back as long as the user has not started the assignment. One the assignment is started, you will not be able to unassign the activity. Look for the red Unassign button in each program

To unassign assignment to your user, you must first access the user’s account. To do this, select the View Accounts tab. Make sure Users is the type of account that you want to view.

Next, choose the user you would like to make assignments to.

Once a user is selected, the user’s profile will appear. From here, you will have access to all of the program that are offered in Conover Online.  Select the program from the list that you would like to reassign to a user.

To unassign a unit in MECA, select the red Unassign button. A list of assignments that can be unassigned will be displayed. Make your changes and select Update Assignments. You will be shown how many credits you are getting back.


To unassign a unit in Workplace Readiness, select the red Unassign button. A list of assignments that can be unassigned will be displayed. Make your changes and select Update Assignments. You will be shown how many credits you are getting back.


To unassign a unit in Personal Responsibility, select the red Unassign button. A list of assignments that can be unassigned will be displayed. Make your changes and select Update Assignments. You will be shown how many credits you are getting back.

To unassign a unit in Bullying Prevention, select the red Unassign button. A list of assignments that can be unassigned will be displayed. Make your changes and select Update Assignments. You will be shown how many credits you are getting back.


To unassign a unit in Functional Skills, find the unit that you want to reassign.  Units that are assigned are highlighted in green. Select the unit. Select the red Unassign button.
