In order to access your user’s assignments, you need to have the user log into his or her own account. They must enter their email address and password that was entered when creating their account to gain access to the system.
If you do not remember the user’s email address that you used, you can find this information under the View Accounts tab.
If you do not remember the password for the account, you can always change it. To do this, select the account that you are having problems with.
The account profile will appear. Find the Reset Password button and expand it. Enter the new password, confirm it and then select Update.
