If you received an iPod or iPad from The Conover Company, it may have come preloaded with some apps, videos or images. In order to do this, we had to sync your device with our account. Anytime you try to access the iTunes or App Store, you will be prompted for a password. Before you can start purchasing your own content for this device, you must log in with your own Apple ID.
To do this, select the Settings Icon. Select Store from the Settings List. You will see an Apple ID listed that is not your own. Select it. A menu box will appear. Select Sign Out. Once you have signed out, you can sign back in with your own Apple ID or create a new Apple ID.
